FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who needs this type of service? All parents need a helping hand. We service parents with a range of daily issues from power struggles, guiding media usage, to sibling fighting, to co-parenting and much more.
How long is a phone session? Phone sessions are from 15-30 minutes depending on your needs.
Who will I be speaking/emailing with? Will it always be the same person? You will be speaking with one of our expert Parenting Coaches. We want you to develop a relationship with your assigned coach, so we will always connect you to them when we can. If for some reason they are unavailable, we will refer you to another expert coach.
Can my husband/wife/partner also call and email you? Yes, either parent can use the phone consultation time each month.
What if I've already used that month's call but want more? You are welcome to purchase additional phone consultation time as needed.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract? Not at all. We want you to try Instructions Included for a 3 month trial basis and see how you feel. After that, you will be billed on a monthly basis and you can upgrade or cancel at any time.
Will my unused phone calls rollover to next month? No, if you don't use them they will not be added to the next month.
How do I change my plan? To upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
