Pam Worth MA, CLC brings you 30 years of experience in child development, education and psychology. She is the mother of one son and three daughters. Pam was a parent educator at Children’s Health Council and is a guest lecturer throughout the country. Pam tied together her education and philosophy when she developed and founded Tiny Treks, an outdoor exploration program for families.
Pam is skilled at navigating multiple parenting styles to achieve the best outcome. She can help parents manage a variety of issues and coach them on the many different hats parents often wear; Sibling Rivalry Referee, Temper Tantrum Diffusor, Limit-setting Lawyer (negotiations, anyone?), Media Manager, Potty Training Cheerleader, New Baby Prep. Kim is a Registered Nurse who has spent several years working with elementary school children. Broadening her interests into adolescents, Kim went back to school and graduated with a Health Education and Psychology degree. She became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and she is certified in LGBT studies. Kim now fuels her passion for adolescent sexual health education by writing an informational blog for parents: Teen World Confidential. She is also the mother of three daughters.

Ann Glaser has been an educator for over 20 years. After moving her family from California to Seattle, she launched a Tiny Treks branch in the Northwest in 2005. Ann is a certified early childhood and elementary school teacher. She has run a variety of programs in schools, her specialty combining her love of art and music and bringing the arts alive for children. Ann currently has two college age children and specializes in helping families find balance amidst the frenzy of media and over scheduling in their lives.
